A bio with knitting thrown in

I was very disappointed in Knitting Heaven and Earth: Healing the Heart with Craft because I thought it was going to be a book about how knitting helps you recover from things, using the soothing repetitive motion. Instead I found a biography where the woman basically told stories and occasionally threw in some knitting. Okay, maybe it was more than occasionally, but I was more interested in the things she had knitted than hearing about her and her relationships with others, etc.

The parts where she talked about her knitting were facinating, but I would have prefered the book left at that. In fact, I only finished the book because I got it from an inter-libarary loan and felt obligated since the library went to the trouble of getting it for me.

More Weight loss

I finally got around to reading The Ten Habits of Naturally Slim People I had it around for some time, but hadn't gotten to read it yet. I didn't think it was as great as I had heard online at one time. It was average. I wouldn't exactly recommend it, but maybe some people would benefit from it.
